a. Discussion and action on a Site Design Review permit for an office building requested by Dan Morill of US Oil Co, Inc., located at 4402 Terminal Drive.

c. Discussion and action to make a recommendation to the Village Board to approve a Partial Release of Restrictions for Lots 1 and 3-16 for the Sperle Corners Plat.

e. Discussion and action to make a recommendation to the Village Board to issue a Request for Proposals for the update of the Village's 2017 Comprehensive Plan
